Cider

 

Our Cider is fresh pressed all year long.  We have a small press, so it is made in small batches.  It is UV Processed, which means it is run under a UV light to kill the bacteria instead of Pasturised.  It is just as effective as pasturization, but it doesn't change the taste! We try to make it as fresh and delicious as possible. 

 

In the colder months we also serve it hot! We warm it up with mulling spices which makes a perfect drink for cold mornings at the farmers market.
